Assisted in coordinating events for the University of Arkansas Greek Life for new members who were beginning the process of joining their respective Greek letter organizations ! Gained experience in organizing the planning and management of public events for up to 750 people. ! Met and coordinated with other Greek delegates to create harmony and cohesion in the University of Arkansas Greek community INTERN - SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION OFFICE OF FELLOWSHIPS AND INTERNSHIPS / MAY – JULY 2016 / WASHINGTON, D.C.  ! Assisted the Director of Fellowships and Internships in maintaining organization within the intern spreadsheets, updating excel records for interns, producing mass media projects, hosting events, hosting intern/fellow workshops, and marketing a new Smithsonian internal database system ! Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills as I hosted weekly workshops to incoming interns and fellows focused on teaching the regulations, laws, expectations, and perks of being an intern at the largest museum in the world ! Managed, delegated, and directed a team of five non-executive positions that fell under my executive office to ensure that alumnae events, chapter events, ceremonies, and inductions were all held to immaculate standards ! Designed, planned, and executed several events per semester for over 400 active chapter members of the Alpha Chi Omega, Delta Rho Chapter ! Elected by the over 400 women, along with 12 other executive positions, in order to maintain and progress our chapter’s internal and external presence on campus, increase our philanthropy for domestic violence awareness, and uphold strict academic and character standards
